Weekly Group Call

We'll meet each Wednesday at 7:30pm to dive into a new topic, set goals, and discuss progress.

 

The program begins 4/24 (food journal for one week) and calls will run 5/1-5/22.

2.

Weekly Topics

Each week we'll tackle a new topic related to diet or lifestyle that pertains to the group.  

3.

Individualized Goals

Every week each participant will set goals for themselves based on their individual circumstances.  (These will be action items, not pounds.)

4.

Meal Plans

Meal plans and recipes offered, but will not be mandatory. 

5.

Mini Challenges

Each week you'll have an opportunity to participate in a challenge within the group. 

6.

Community

A Facebook community for everyone participating in the program. Ask questions, share tips, get daily motivation, and accountability.
