About The Program

Program Includes:

  1. Weekly Call: Each Wednesday we'll meet for one hour to discuss progress, tackle a new topic and set goals for the upcoming week.
  2. Weekly Topics : Each week we'll tackle a new topic that is 100% driven by the participants. These are your diet and lifestyle questions, food myths, or anything else that is relevant to your success.
  3. Individualized Goals: Every week, each participant will set actionable goals for the upcoming week. We focus on the action, not the result.
  4. Meal Plans: Meal Plans and recipes are offered during all four weeks, but are not mandatory.
  5. Mini Challenges: Each Thursday I'll announce the Mini Challenge on Facebook for the upcoming week. You'll have an opportunity to participate and earn points.
  6. Community : We'll have a Closed Facebook Group for everyone participating in the program. This is where we'll interact as a group between calls. You can ask your questions, I'll share tips, and you'll get daily motivation to keep being awesome.
