As a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, I use a holistic approach to women’s health. This means that in addition to nutrition, all my programs focus on different aspects of your lifestyle and mindset as well, because what you eat and how you feel is heavily influenced by these factors. The goal of all my programs is to empower and provide you with the tools you need to be successful now AND for years to come.
I do NOT take a one-size-fits-all approach. Each woman I work with has her own challenges and goals, and I meet each and every person where they are. That’s why every new and potential client starts with a free strategy session, so we can figure out the best path to help you achieve your goals and find food freedom.
