HOW NUTRITION COACHING WORKS & WHAT TO EXPECT
My purpose is to help you achieve your health goals by giving you the tools you need to take control of your health and nourish your body. I am here to support you as you navigate your health journey, but my goal is to educate and empower you so that you can make informed decisions and advocate for your overall health and wellness.
Prior to your first appointment you will need to complete and return the Wellness Assessment Form and the Daily Wellness Journal. These tools will allow me to assess your specific situation and give me insight to your health goals. Together, at your first appointment, we'll begin to build a program to support nutrition and lifestyle modifications that fit your needs.
During each session we'll discuss your progress against your goals and modify your protocol, as needed, based on your feedback. You know yourself and your body better than anyone else. You will be responsible for providing honest feedback at each session to ensure you get the most from each session. We'll discuss any specific recommendations and how they are expected to support your goals and health. And you'll leave every session with actionable steps to help you achieve your goals.
