What are essential oils?
Essential oils are highly concentrated oils, known as volatile aromatic oils because of their high concentration. They are distilled or extracted from parts of plants, such as, flowers, shrubs, trees, roots, bushes and seeds. Essential oils have been used for thousands of years for medicinal and health purposes. They are a great tool to add to your wellness regimen and can be used in countless ways that range from aromatherapy to body care and household cleaners.
