This real-food-based program will help you bust your sugar and carb cravings naturally. But the best part is you won't be hungry! This is not a low-carb diet and there is no calorie restriction.
You'll learn how to grocery shop and cook in a new way, how to build your plate, get tips for dining out, traveling, and attending parties, and most importantly you'll learn about YOU. How you feel when you eat certain foods, how they might be impacting your digestion or other symptoms, and how you feel when your blood sugar is regulated.
As a 21-Day Sugar Detox Certified coach, I'm uniquely equipped to walk you through the program, from preparation before you begin, through the program, and post-detox.
The 21DSD Group Program includes:
Four group-coaching sessions, including a pre-detox prep session (4-7 days prior to start date). We’ll tackle everything you need to know before, during, after the detox. I’ll provide tips and suggestions on how to navigate potential challenges and you’ll have an opportunity to discuss your challenges and successes.
Access to my private Facebook group. This is place the entire group can ask questions, share recipes, successes, food pics, etc. I’ll be there everyday providing answers, motivation, recipes, and detox tips to ensure your success. This community will also provide additional accountability, which means you'll have several people cheering you on throughout the detox.
There will also be additional support between calls via Facebook. For any more personal matters not appropriate for our Facebook Community, you can send an email or text. I will answer all of your questions within 24 hours.
An opportunity to transition to my 1-on-1 Coaching Program, following the detox. This is entirely optional and not a part of the 21-Day Sugar Detox program. However, for anyone needing assistance navigating the post detox reintroduction phase or for those wanting to continue the momentum this is a really great option.

I really thought it was going to be more difficult but after a day or so I found the program to be very easy. I had less bloat, more energy, and my overall mood improved. I struggled with sugar addiction my whole life never really grasping the significance until I was in my 30s.
