Our Lose Weight Without Exercise event is starting tomorrow…

Here is your workbook for the event.  We’ll be focusing on these simple solutions for the next five days. I suggest spending 30-60 minutes today prepping and planning on how to implement these seamlessly into your day.  You'll find a worksheet at the end to fill in and a tracker for each day of the event to keep you focused.

In addition to the workbook, you'll want to grab these recipes and this short mediation.

Day 1

Over the next 5 days, my goal is to help you learn how to lose weight without exercise.  I'll do this by sharing bite-sized information (pun intended) each day throughout our five days together.

And to start us off…

We’re going to tackle cravings.  Today I’m going to share with you what you’re doing and maybe not doing that might be perpetuating your cravings.

Starting our day on the right track often keeps us on track.

So to get us started…

I want to know what you ate for breakfast.

Day 2

Yesterday we kicked things off by talking about cravings.

Today, we’re talking about hydration.  More specifically dehydration and all the impacts on the body, including our weight, and how water alone can move the scale.

Day 3

So far, we’ve talked about cravings and staying hydrated.

Today Denise will be discussing stressors, meditation as a tool to reduce stress, and sharing how to build resilience to internal stress,

Day 4

So far, we’ve shared about cravings, hydration, and meditation for stress reduction.

Today we’re going to talk more about stress but from a different perspective.  We'll be talking about how you eat (or don't eat) when you’re stressed, how the body responds to stress, and of course how these impact your weight.

Day 5

Over the past 4 days, we’ve chatted about several hormones, and how they work to keep you alive, but may be causing excess weight or an inability for you to lose weight.  The five Simple Solutions you’ve been working on this week go hand-in-hand with these hormonal imbalances. These five small changes work together to shift changes in your body in more ways than one.  

Small changes are incredibly impactful.  I see it every day.  But this is just a starting point.  Once these five tasks become easy or a habit, it’s time for more simple solutions to be layered in.  How long does that take? What should the next few tasks be?  

It really depends on YOU. 

Remember we want to find the root cause.  You’re environment, thoughts, lifestyle, and diet are unique to you.  There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to health. Your next steps will likely be different than someone else's.  

So for our final day together, we’re going to talk about sleep and its impact on your weight.  Like water, it tends to be one of those things that everyone knows (yada yada yada) yet doesn't do.  But I want to share why you may need to prioritize more sleep or getting better quality sleep. We'll also tie together the hormonal dance our bodies are doing every day.

For our last day, I want to know, since cutting your afternoon caffeine…
