What's included in the program:
The 5-Day Ignite program will help you transition your family to eating healthfully after the holiday madness. The meals are gluten and dairy-free, using only natural sweeteners to allow your body to reset and move into 2019 feeling your best. The recipes all take less than 30 minutes to prepare so you can get dinner on the table (and your feet up) as quickly as possible.
This group program is designed to help you feed your family nutritious meals while removing the stress and pressure from YOU. For five full days you won't have to think about what to cook, make a grocery list, or worry about having time to prepare nutritious meals and snacks. Have a picky eater? I've got you covered! I'm throwing in a few bonus recipes so you can swap out a recipe in the meal plan if needed.
We'll have a Kick-Off Call to go over the suggested meal plan in detail. I'll share my best tips for a successful program and we'll have plenty of time for Q&A.
You'll also have support from me and a community of other program participants in our Facebook Group. Ask questions, share pictures, get daily motivation, and share about your experience.
