About The Program
This is a perfect place to begin when you want to make healthier choices and stop worrying about what is on your plate.
During the 30-Day Reset you'll learn how to shop and prepare whole foods, make improvements to your lifestyle to optimize your health, and shift your mindset.
All calls will be 12pm cst. They will be recorded so you can still participate even if you can't make it live.
Call 1 - Tue, 9/07
Call 2 - Thur, 9/16
Call 3 - Thur, 9/23
Call 4 - Wed, 9/29
Call 5 - Thur, 10/7
Day 1 of the 30-Day Reset begins 9/13 and it will end on 10/12
The program includes:
- Six full weeks of coaching
- Five group-coaching sessions. (All sessions will be recorded so if you can't make the call live you will have an opportunity to catch the replay. You can also submit any questions or feedback you have before the call and I'll be sure to cover them.)
- All participants will be invited to our private Facebook group. You can ask questions, share recipes, successes, food pics, etc. I’ll be there everyday providing answers, motivation, recipes, and tips to ensure your success. Our entire community will be there to hold each other accountable and celebrate successes along the way.
- Additional support between sessions via Facebook. (For any more personal matters not appropriate for our Facebook Community, you can send an email or text. I will answer all of your questions within 24 hours.)
- A 30-minute 1-on-1 Coaching Session following the 30-Day Reset.
To join the group, just purchase your ticket before we kick off on 9/7.
